  • The meta.ave.fisher function has now been deleted -- use meta.ave.cor.gen
  • se.semipartial has been renamed se.semipart, se.odds has been renamed se.oddsratio, meta.ave.odds has been renamed meta.ave.oddsratio, meta.lc.odds has been renamed meta.lc.oddsratio, meta.lm.odds has been renamed meta.lm.oddsratio, and
    replicate.ratio.prop2 has been renamed replicate.propratio2
  • The se.prop2 and se.prop.ps now use an adjustment that is optimized for the number of studies in the meta-analysis -- note this is a breaking change, where a parameter for the number of studies must now be passed.
