• tflens diff --enrich-with-plan plan.json — fold terraform show -json plan output into the static-analysis diff. Bridges the gap that previously left resource attribute changes (cidr_block modifications, force-new attributes, etc.) invisible to tflens because we don't embed provider schemas. Force-new attributes (those in the plan's replace_paths) become Breaking; other attribute changes become Informational; resource deletes and replaces become Breaking. The CI exit code refreshes to include plan-derived Breaking findings, so a plan-only force-new attribute still gates the merge even when the source-side text doesn't differ. Plan-derived rows are tagged with a [plan] prefix in the console renderer and a 📋 marker in the markdown renderer so reviewers can tell at a glance which findings came from which path. Implementation: new pkg/plan package (loader for terraform JSON plans, format_version 1.x supported, address parser handling module.X.module.Y.<type>.<name>[<index>] shapes including count/for_each indices, attribute-tree walker with replace_paths lookup), new diff.EnrichFromPlan(changes, plan, project) helper that merges plan deltas into the source-side change list, and a new Source field on diff.Change ("static" / "plan") for renderer provenance. New --enrich-with-plan flag on tflens diff reading from a new config.Settings.PlanPath. Documented first-cut limitations: resource matching by exact address only (renames via moved {} surface as delete+create pairs); count/for_each instances all match the same source-side entity (per-instance matching is a follow-up); only diff takes the flag (not whatif/statediff yet).
