  • Sections Wrapper Class: New convenient interface for accessing filing sections
    • Sections class provides rich display of all available sections in a filing
    • Flexible access patterns: by item number, by part, or by full section identifier
    • Supports multiple key formats (e.g., "Item 1", "item1", "1" all work)
    • Convenient properties for common sections: business, risk_factors, mda, financials
    • Integrated with filing objects for seamless section navigation
    • Example:

  • Issue #455: Per-Share Metric Scaling in XBRL Balance Sheets - Fixed incorrect scaling of per-share metrics

    • Problem: MainStreet Capital's NAV per share displayed as $0.03 instead of correct $31.65
    • Root Cause: Per-share metrics were incorrectly treated as regular monetary values, applying standard scaling (millions/thousands) when they should remain as-is
    • Solution: Enhanced XBRL rendering to detect per-share concepts and preserve their original scale
    • Impact: All per-share metrics (NAV per share, book value per share, etc.) now display with correct values
    • Verification: Tested against SEC filings and company-reported values

  • Issue #453: Missing Item 1C (Cybersecurity) in 10-K Structure - Added support for Cybersecurity disclosure section

    • Problem: Item 1C (Cybersecurity) was missing from 10-K filing structure definition
    • Solution: Added Item 1C to TenK FilingStructure to support SEC's cybersecurity disclosure requirements
    • Impact: Enables access to cybersecurity disclosures in 10-K filings filed after the SEC rule effective date
    • Coverage: Properly handles both filings with and without Item 1C for backwards compatibility
