Added

  • Bundled company ticker data for instant offline lookups - Company ticker-to-CIK mappings are now bundled with the package, reducing cold start time for Company("AAPL") from ~30s to ~28ms (1000x faster). This also eliminates dependency on the deprecated SEC ticker.txt endpoint which now returns 503 errors.

Fixed

  • N-PX parsing for quarterly filings - Quarterly N-PX filings use reportQuarterYear instead of reportCalendarYear. The parser now checks both fields, falling back appropriately.
