- Prevented None values from overwriting valid data during DataFrame conversion
Schedule 13 Hierarchical Ownership Calculation

total_shares and total_percent for corporate control chain filings
- Previously summed all reporting persons (e.g., 393% total), now correctly detects hierarchical ownership when percentages sum > 100.5% and returns the max (top of hierarchy)
- Caps
total_percent at 100% to handle rounding artifacts in source data
