Codec host is now replaced with an in-process Oodle Kraken codec. This removes
the dependency on the game executable and the codec helper executable. Now any
game version should work.
Any NPC can now be selected from catalog and be added to knowledge list.
Fixed a bug where the Add button was missing in inventory tab.
