0.8.0 + /subscriptions-auth mount fix for dsh 0.1.5

Prebuilt tarball of upstream 0.8.0 plus the fix in V1ki#81.

Exists because the fork gitignores lib/, so a github: dependency has to run prepare (tsdown) at install time and that fails without devDependencies. This tarball ships the built output, so it installs like any npm package.

Built from 4f93e96. Temporary — drop this pin once upstream merges V1ki#81.
