Liquid Glass Blocks v1.0.0

First Stable Release

Liquid Glass Blocks adds glassmorphism effects to WordPress core blocks via block filters — no custom blocks, no frontend JavaScript.

Features

• Five glass presets — Heavy Frost, Soft Mist, Light Frost, Grain Frost, Fine Frost
• Four shadow styles — Drop Shadow, Glow Halo, Soft Diffused, Frosted Inset
• Works on core blocks — Group (including Row, Stack, Grid) and Button
• No frontend JS — pure CSS with backdrop-filter, color-mix(), and inline SVG displacement filters
• Live editor preview — every control updates in real time
• Theme-aware colors — color pickers use the active theme palette
• Graceful degradation — SVG displacement falls back to frosted blur on Firefox and Safari
• Conditional loading — CSS and SVG filters only load on pages that use the effect

Requirements

• WordPress 6.2+ (tested up to 6.9)
• PHP 7.4+
