v0.14.0 — Immich 3.2.0 API adoption

Requires an Immich server v3.2.0 or newer. Every command now prints the
detected server version in its identity line and warns when the server is
older (server X.Y.Z, needs >= 3.2.0).

New commands

Standalone equivalents of operations previously buried inside
client workflows:

• assets upload FILE... — upload files as new assets (POST /assets),
  with metadata flags (timestamps default to file mtime)
• assets delete [ID...] — bulk delete (--force for permanent deletion,
  trash by default, --dry-run/--yes)
• assets copy SOURCE TARGET — copy metadata (albums, favorite,
  shared links, sidecar, stack) between assets
• albums add-users ALBUM_ID --user ... --role ... — share an album
• tags upsert, tags bulk-tag, tags tag — create tags and assign them
  to assets

New groups:

• immich-workflow list|get|logs — inspect the server-side Immich
  workflows and their run logs (--result, --before, --limit)
• return-agent-skill — print a SKILL.md agent skill for this CLI
  (offline, --out FILE); the checked-in copy at
  immich-admin-cli/SKILL.md regenerates via go generate ./...

Changed

• API client regenerated for Immich 3.2.0 (spec 3.2.0-rc.0); README
  coverage table: 22 of 250 endpoints.
• Search pagination migrated to the cursor scheme (nextCursor) that 3.2
  requires; pre-3.2 servers keep working via the legacy page fallback.
