Pardon my ignorance.

Is there any way for me to have this or something similar running at my router level so that all of my devices click on all ads? (Like I can self host pihole, can I do the same with AdNauseam?)

a docker of some kind? Or is this just not possible (or will ever be possible) and I am asking something stupid?

I'd love the functionality as well.

However, I believe this would be a much more involved project than a pi-hole (DNS request blocking) and will require to proxy at the application layer similar to a WAF.
The proxy will have to:

1. Initiate and terminate the TLS connections
2. Render the DOM
3. Process any additional JS related to ad-clicking
4. Collect data into a centralized Ad-vault
5. Redact the original response
