AI cleanup now defaults to OFF — a fresh install has no server configured, so an on-looking toggle was misleading; flipping it on still opens the setup window when unconfigured

The AI cleanup settings window could not be closed reliably: its transparent chrome let clicks pass through to the desktop, triggering macOS's show-desktop (all windows hiding). It now uses a standard title bar
Opening cleanup settings no longer triggers a Keychain permission prompt when dev and prod builds coexist — each build now stores its API key under its own Keychain entry
