This prerelease includes the Phase 4 release-gate fixes for documentary API serialization, voice chunk boundaries, generated contracts, clean-run SvelteKit synchronization, and server-side test resolution. The release gate passed across backend documentary checks, frontend tests and type checks, the motion package, browser workflows, and compliance checks before this tag was created.
