HCMO 0.4.1

HCMO 0.4.1 is the release described in the resource paper. It supersedes v0.4.0, which was published from the commit before the release changes (its files identify themselves as 0.3.0).

New since 0.3.0

• Multi-animal behaviour (ADR-0006, accepted): hcm-bio:InteractingGroup as the feature of interest of one behaviour observation; hcm-obs:involvesSubject, hasInitiator and hasRecipient for roles. SHACL checks group size and roles, and a new competency question asks who interacted with whom.
• File formats and data access: hcm-tech:hasFileFormatConcept and hcm-tech:hasDataAccessMethod link to SKOS vocabularies (file formats, data-access methods, vendors, systems) published under vocabularies/, outside the release graph.
• Optional BFO/SOSA bridge profile (ADR-0005, accepted): places SOSA terms under BFO by importing the published W3C SOSA-to-PROV-O and PROV-O-to-BFO alignments. Not part of the default release.
• External-reuse report (docs/EXTERNAL-REUSE.md), generated from the release graph: 21 semantic terms from 8 vocabularies, 7 metadata vocabularies.
• Metadata: nine authors in the paper order. The publisher is now Damien Huzard (ORCID), replacing the free-text "Huzard group". mod:status stays "draft".

Validation

The build is reproducible (byte-identical). SHACL, competency questions, ISA/RO-Crate round trip, external-vocabulary checksums: pass. HermiT: no inconsistent class. Bridge profile: 73 checks pass.

hcmo.ttl, hcmo.owl, hcmo.json, profile.json and hcmo.yaml are attached by the release workflow.
