• Make the .data setting searchable through declarative settings; retain per-file revoke actions.

• Build, test and attest runtime assets in GitHub Actions; publish only main.js, manifest.json and styles.css. License notices remain embedded in main.js.

Filesystem notices remain expected: registered external files are read-only and explicit. Clipboard access only writes the requested view block. Community-directory acceptance and cross-platform behavior are not implied by this release.

AtomView 0.1.3

Fix community review blockers: use CSS for source input widths, preserve workspace leaves on plugin unload, and replace Mol* legacy IE script-element scheduling with a local cancellable timer scheduler in both renderer and parser worker.

Also improve settings/message typing, owner-document element creation, camera cloning and promise handling. Required dependency licenses are included inside main.js for community installs.

Validation: official ESLint zero errors (29 warnings); strict typecheck; 45/45 unit tests; 21 mocked-host real WebGL/worker checks; bundle inspection and npm audit passed. Actual Linux Obsidian synthetic dump smoke passed (render/frame/q/cleanup). Directory acceptance and other platforms are not yet verified.

AtomView 0.1.2

Publish a regular 0.1.2 release with an exactly matching manifest and tag, following a community-directory release-discovery failure for 0.1.0.

Runtime source is unchanged. Typecheck, 44 unit tests, production build, 21 mocked-host browser checks and runtime bundle check passed. Actual community-directory acceptance is not yet verified.

AtomView 0.1.0 — early desktop preview

View local atomic structures and MD trajectories in Obsidian using Mol*. Includes LAMMPS text dump/data, XYZ/basic extended XYZ, PDB and CIF readers, local sphere/cell rendering, selection, property colors, playback and bounded disk-backed LAMMPS access.

Download AtomView-0.1.0.zip and place its atomview folder in your vault's .obsidian/plugins directory, or download the loose runtime files and licenses. Reopen Obsidian normally and enable AtomView under Installed plugins. Preserve existing data.json when updating.

Validation: strict typecheck, 44 unit/scientific tests, 25 core checks and the offline mocked-host Mol*/worker browser harness pass. Linux desktop Obsidian 1.14.4 is the verified baseline; Windows/macOS and long-duration/boundary stress remain unverified. External source registrations are device-specific. Editing, speed multipliers, expanded palettes and GIF export remain planned.

This is a prerelease and has not been submitted to the Obsidian community directory. No personal settings or research files are included.
