Behavioural changes

• in Kotlin, LeafException.Parse and LeafException.Math
  carry their text as reason, and their message is UniFFI's
  reason=… summary rather than the bare text. Swift keeps message.

• the generated Swift objects are handle-based —
  init(unsafeFromHandle:), NoHandle, uniffiCloneHandle() replace the
  raw-pointer spellings — and protocols and records conform to Sendable.
