v4.8.2

What's Changed

• fixed #1155
  • if you are having issues while using pglite please update to this version but also take a look at the logs after running the new version, which they will tell you about "upgrading pglite", which 4.8.1 introduced (on accident) but eventually at some point (in the near but distant future) the upgrade-pglite utilities and the shipping of the old pglite and new pglite will be deprecated, so I recommend taking a look at https://zipline.diced.sh/docs/guides/ctl/ziplinectl-upgrade-pglite to see how to upgrade your pglite, and I will try my best to make sure that this manual step isn't needed anymore in the future.
