Header and all 8,893 alloc entries are identical line-for-line (same genesis hash / state root). The plugin adds ETH-named fork aliases (byzantiumBlock, constantinopleBlock, …) pointing at the same blocks as the ETC-named keys — needed because it delegates to Besu's mainnet engine — plus an explicit ecip1017EraRounds; it also drops the unused classicForkBlock (the DAO divergence point), which had no consumer after the native ETC peer-validator was removed. The DNS discovery host also changed (peer discovery, not consensus).
