• User-facing errors, warnings and notes now use cli alerts and inline
  markup for consistent argument, file and URL formatting.
• rasterpic_img() with mask = TRUE, inverse = TRUE or both again returns a
  SpatRaster with an RGB specification (terra::has.RGB() returns TRUE).
