Initial release of rolldown-plugin-react-forward-ref.

Transform selected React ref-prop components for React 18 with module-level forwardRef wrappers. Supports Rolldown, Vite, and Vitest, explicit file filters, TypeScript/JSX component detection, indirect prop forwarding, stable component identity, and source maps.

pnpm add -D rolldown-plugin-react-forward-ref

Production dependencies use caret ranges. React stays in the consumer's dependency graph.

Validated with all 152 tests, including React 18/19 runtime tests and a packed-package consumer.
