Thank you for reporting, @RAZECLUB. This is the same root cause as #1612 — the wreq-js native module fails to load on certain platforms, crashing the instrumentation hook during startup.

Root cause: A top-level import { websocket } from "wreq-js" in the Codex executor was loaded eagerly during server startup. When the platform-specific native binary (.node file) is missing — which happens with pnpm, Docker Alpine, or unsupported architectures — the entire server crashes.

Fix: We've made the wreq-js import lazy and optional (wrapped in try/catch, loaded on first use only). The server will now start normally even without the native binary. This fix will be included in v3.7.1.

Workaround for v3.7.0: Roll back to v3.6.9 (as you've already done) until v3.7.1 is published.
