HaulNX 2.4.15
A USB overhaul: Explorer opens the Switch instantly, deletes/renames/downloads are reliable, and everything the desktop app does over Wi-Fi now works over USB too — including installing apps and emulators. Update both the Switch app and the desktop app.
USB
- Explorer no longer hangs opening the Switch, and big folders list quickly (whole-folder property lists instead of one request per file).
- Fixed stalls on some replies whose size landed on a USB packet boundary — the cause of "Syncing with Switch…" freezing after a delete.
- Deletes run in the background, so deleting a big folder no longer freezes the link, and several deletes in a row work. The desktop stops listing deleted files right away.
- Files over 4 GB can be sent over USB on an exFAT card. A FAT32 or full card refuses up front instead of after the whole file is sent.
- Clean Explorer root: just your console folders, Inbox, SD Card and one
_HaulNXfolder holding the app's internal files (which can't be deleted or renamed). - Renaming or moving a folder over USB no longer breaks actions on the files inside it.
- Fixed a memory-safety bug in folder listings, and big SD cards use far less Switch memory while browsing.
- The desktop notices when you unplug, keeps one USB connection open instead of reopening it for every action, and polls less often.
- Debug logs are pulled over USB as well as Wi-Fi.
Desktop app
- Over USB now: app and emulator installs/updates, DAT pushes, and console cover art.
- New setting Zip folders and multi-file sends (Settings › Library). Turn it off to copy files as-is, keeping the folder structure — faster for large files, no unpacking on the Switch.
- Sync status moved to its own spot above Settings, so it no longer covers the sidebar.
- Download notifications show as HaulNX instead of PowerShell.
Switch app
- Exiting mid-unpack is safe: a PC push that's still unpacking finishes the next time HaulNX opens (you get a warning on exit), and the console stays awake while a push unpacks.
- New emulators: NXStation and ScummVM, plus Neopop-SDL (Neo Geo Pocket) and UniPCemu (PC/DOS) as legacy ports.
- Emulators that cover 2–3 systems show each console's badge on their card.
