Migrate to nodejs-mobile-bare-prebuilds v2 (upstream test/ overlay) (#2)

* Pass git_repo_slug/git_ref to test-*.yml; bump to @v2 of bare-prebuilds

The upstream sodium-native repo (holepunchto/sodium-native) ships its
test/ folder but the npm tarball excludes it. The v2 bare-prebuilds
workflows overlay the upstream test/ at the gitHead/tag resolved from
npm metadata — wire those outputs through so test_runner: module
actually runs the module's own suite instead of failing with "no test
directory".

The @v2 ref doesn't exist yet; this file will dispatch once that tag is
cut on digidem/nodejs-mobile-bare-prebuilds.
