TestRunDedicatedInferenceGet - verifies that calling
RunDedicatedInferenceGet - with a valid UUID retrieves the endpoint and displays it successfully.
TestRunDedicatedInferenceGet_MissingID -verifies that omitting the ID argument returns an error.
