Removes the SandboxID column from commands/displayers/hosted_agents.go (Cols, ColMap, KV) as a pre-release cleanup — the field was never populated by the API. The vendored godo copy is left untouched; a follow-up PR will bump go.mod once the godo removal merges and a new beta tag is cut.
