- 422 "Droplet already has a pending event" now returns a fast-retry error
- reconcileIPStatus now requeues the node that lost its IP
- On AssignIP failure, requeue both the IP and node,

DigitalOcean merged the OPTI-3818 fix upstream on 2026-08-13 (5d9e4c1) and published digitaloceanapps/flipop:5d9e4c1, so this fork no longer needs to exist. Our regression suite was ported onto 5d9e4c1 and passes. Records the migration status and warns against deleting the repository, the base-7db46fe branch or the ECR repository while production still runs a build from this fork.
