BREAKING CHANGE:

Serverless Inference chat types changed to support multimodal content and DigitalOcean server-side tools:

• ChatCompletionMessage.Content changed from *string to *ChatCompletionMessageContent (string or text/image parts). Use godo.UserMessage(...) / godo.StringContent(...) for plain text, godo.UserMessageParts(...) for VLMs, and msg.Text() when reading string output.

• ChatCompletionTool.Function changed from a value to *ChatCompletionToolFunction with omitempty, so server-side tools (web_search, mcp, and similar) can omit function. Use godo.ChatFunctionTool(...) or set Function: &godo.ChatCompletionToolFunction{...}.
