A format pass over the last five daily notes in a real vault found ## Resume here — the optional hand-off block a session writes above ## Built when it stops mid-thread — present in a note and in no template. Same shape as v0.6.1's missing #repo/ tag, one release later, and exactly what keep-one-header-per-section-in-daily-notes exists to prevent: a section the next session has never seen gets dropped, or opened a second time.

Now described in the template as optional, above ## Built, one per day, and pointing at check-followups.py for the item list rather than stating a count — the first one said "26 items are open" and was wrong within the hour. Asserted by a test, like the #repo/ tag beside it.

Existing vaults are unaffected and need no action — write_if_absent never rewrites a template its owner may have edited. Add the comment to _templates/daily-note.md by hand if you want it.
