[fix] Improve file handling and argument escaping

This commit improves the handling of file paths and shell arguments across multiple classes. The use of escapeshellarg ensures that arguments passed to shell_exec are properly escaped to prevent security issues. Additionally, this commit removes unnecessary trim operations in the FileSystem class and corrects the way the file MIME type is assessed in the Handler class. The composer.json file has been updated to require the fileinfo extension.
