Editor changes:

• Add actual descriptions to the blocks on the "Blocks Panel"
• Add search for blocks
• Convert edit panel to use tabs instead of accordions
• Placeholders now do not reappear on the editors when removing their values completely
• Add Custom CSS on "Advanced" tab
• Restructure Padding/Margin and Hide areas in "Advanced" tab
• Move most of the rendering to the frontend. PHP rendering happens mostly on initial load.
