On Windows, Gutterpress-setup-win-x64.exe is the normal installer and keeps the same basename across releases. Gutterpress-<version>-win-x64.zip is the separate portable extract-and-run build; it is not the installed app's auto-update channel.

Unsigned download notice

The desktop installers and standalone CLI binaries are intentionally unsigned while code-signing certificates are not affordable. Verify the SHA-256 value below before bypassing an operating-system warning.

macOS Gatekeeper

Try opening the app once, then open System Settings > Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. For a verified download, the command-line alternative is:

 xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Gutterpress.app"

Windows SmartScreen

If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", choose More info > Run anyway after verifying the checksum. This applies to both the desktop installer and standalone CLI executable.
