Improvements to the Hex Editor

• Click on the address gutter switches between decimal and hexadecimal addressing.
• Add possibility to display 8, 16 or 32 bytes per row.
• Add horizontal scrolling.
• Scroll horizontally when SHIFT key has been pressed.
• The scrollbar does not overlap the hex matrix.
• Add a go-to functionality that allows to jump to a certain address.
• Add a search functionality which allows to find the certain bytes or text within the binary.
