Fix optional Incus synchronization during labby host update when the client is absent, including environments where PATH is unset. Explicit local or remote targets, installed clients with broken interpreters, and permission failures remain strict.

Includes real updater CLI regressions and patched JavaScript dependencies for the required advisory gate. This release contains only the scoped hotfix in #880 and its reviewed correction in #881 above v2.6.0; the existing Unreleased changelog work is outside this release. The earlier v2.6.1 draft was superseded before publication and remains unpublished.
