Download Clause-Setup-x64.exe and run it. After that Clause keeps itself up to date.
Windows may say it protected your PC (the installer isn't code-signed yet): choose More info → Run anyway.

Windows 如果提示「已保护你的电脑」（安装包还没有代码签名），点「更多信息」→「仍要运行」。
