dfkv v2.26.2
What's Changed
Client-side vLLM correctness patch. Native C ABI and server wire protocol are unchanged.
- Fence cancelled receive work and in-flight SAVE sources from vLLM's pre-forward
handle_preemptionshook, before recycled KV blocks can be overwritten. - Keep synchronous LOAD submission in
start_load_kv; asynchronous LOAD submission remains post-forward. - Preserve LOAD metadata for consumer-only MRV1 requests resumed through the cached-request path while continuing to suppress SAVE work for that role.
Compatibility
- Existing v2.26.1 cache objects remain compatible; no object-layout or identity cutover.
- Existing v2.26.1 server and MDS deployments are wire-compatible with the v2.26.2 clients.
- The release build now resolves the same digest-pinned Ubuntu base image through its canonical registry.
Verification
- Pull-request and final-main CI passed all eight jobs.
- Release workflow
test and packageandpublish immutable releasejobs passed. - All six published assets passed
SHA256SUMSverification. - Published
