• Add --agent devin / --devin (Devin CLI, beta) to install/uninstall/enable/disable/init/update/permission/status; cf drives the devin plugins commands: GitHub #plugin-devin subdir in production, a live --local link of plugin-devin/ in dev mode (cf dev on) #76e4d5fd
• cf update --agent devin switches between the dev link and the GitHub install, and replaces only installs from our own sources; a foreign install (e.g. #plugin) still needs cf install --devin, which replaces it and prints a cloud-sync notice #76e4d5fd #f89e3c6a
