  • Remove autoApprove for Claude Code and omp: the hook forced a prompt on anything it was unsure about, even with Claude Code auto mode on. Use the native auto / yolo modes there. autoApprove stays for Codex, Antigravity and Devin; autoApproveLLM and the session-start warning about dangerous .claude/settings* allow rules are gone #b30bc3a7
