Beam projects. A generic projector throws a real picture onto the scene, occluded by what is in the way and softened by the haze it crosses, with brightness computed from lumens over the area its lens makes rather than chosen. Displays became parametric panels that can be curved on a radius. The video path grew a decode pass and pixel-exact slicing. The MadMapper export learned that a group is a thing worth naming, and says so when a write fails instead of returning quietly.
