Need add feature to pasting an image in order to upload that image into the directus uploads directory.
It would be helpful for users when they write content in wisywig with add image from clipboard, something like confluence page.

It would be helpful for users when they write content in wisywig with add image from clipboard, something like confluence page.

Detailed Design

1. when user work with wisywig interface need handle event "paste" and if clipboard have type 'image...' need take it as file and save to upload api
2. use v-upload component and modificate it with handle event 'paste' and type 'image' - this give us universal option for interface wisywig/or markdown /or another content interface
