Fixed shell compatibility issue in calendar processing

Fixed: Replace bash nameref with portable indirect expansion in insert_chronological()
Fixed: Resolves 'local: -n: invalid option' error in older bash versions and compatibility modes
Improved: Better cross-shell portability while maintaining same functionality

This patch release ensures gday works reliably across different shell environments and versions.
