Jingle Scene Switcher v0.1.0

Thanks to @luvvlyjude for the refactor and adding all this amazing features!

Changes are basically her entire PR:

new modular GUI

• buttons w/ info
• adds the ability to toggle sources within the obs state
• adds the ability to switch states given the game dimensions (automatically set when using the resizing script)
• its just better

automatic state switching based on existing hotkeys
gets default settings from script storage
improved codebase overall!
