Initial Release

Swagger/OpenAPI documentation generator for DITA-OT ≥ 3.7 and DITA Bootstrap HTML. It renders each Swagger operation as a collapsed Bootstrap accordion item, matching petstore.swagger.io's own collapsed-by-default endpoint list, when building with
the html5-bootstrap transtype.
