What's Changed

ARB + ICU json frameworks | android + iOS locales output directories by @joustrich in #157

  • Add androidLocales to match iosLocales functionality for android string file structure.
  • Add 'iosLocalesOutDir' and 'androidLocalesOutDir' so that users can configure mobile outputs to go to separate root folders.
  • Add 'ARB' json format and move 'ICU' to a json format with 'icu' as the framework to follow other json formats
