This is a manually published, no-GitHub-Actions macOS universal preview.

Included

• Native macOS BOB Gemini Free app with the embedded Go gateway.
• Signed project update manifest (SHA256SUMS plus detached signature).
• English/Hindi core studio UI refinement, native maximise behaviour, and
  default-browser external links from the native window.
• Updater reliability hotfix: bounded GitHub preview-release lookup and
  actionable guidance when an app is launched from a read-only DMG/App
  Translocation path.

Honest preview boundary

The app is ad-hoc signed for bundle integrity, not Apple Developer ID signed
or notarized. macOS may require the user to approve the first launch in
Privacy & Security. This is an evaluation beta, not a production 30-device
student release. Windows/Linux native assets are not included in this
release. The update action is explicit and user-consented; it is not a silent
background updater. Google access remains session-, entitlement-, quota-,
and network-dependent, and no cookie or provider credential is bundled.

Install the .dmg by dragging BOB Gemini Free.app to Applications, then
launch the copy in Applications before using Help > Check for Updates.
