This is a bugfix release with only minor additions.
New features:
- Spectrum scope AND waterfall can be disabled now
- Icom network wideband span setting added
- Added frequency readouts and measurement tool to the wideband view

- Rig-to-app PTT support added for CAT radios
- Added a "clear text" button to text receiving modes
- The "skip" button in range scanning now remembers the skipped frequencies as long as the range stays the same.
