This is a bugfix release.

What's changed:

• Added a power button above the A/B buttons that allows users to turn off a radio even if it's the only one.
• Release builds are now compiled for older linux distros who don't have a recent glibc
• Fixed a bug in flrig code that caused oscillating control problems
