v0.1.2 - Fixtures Specific Functions Added

This release adds the following methods which exposes all fixtures endpoints need from the fpl api:

• getUpcomingGameweekNumber()
• getAllUpcomingFixtures()
• getGameWeekFixtures(gameweek: number)
• getAllFixtures()

The release also exposes a function to get all upcoming fixtures of an individual player in the league: getPlayerUpcomingFixtures(playerId: number)
