Install

Chromium, Brave, Vivaldi, ungoogled-chromium — download the .crx,
open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, and drag it in.

Google Chrome, or anywhere — download the .zip, unzip it, then
chrome://extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked. Stock Chrome
refuses off-store CRXs; that is a Chrome rule, not a packaging fault.
