APK: force taxonomy resync (78fb1df)

Sideload APK for PR #6.

Fix: if the server taxonomy version changed (or you pull-to-refresh), the app does a full post resync so category badges match the server (Politics / Technology / …), not a stale local cache of Other.

Try first without reinstalling: on the previous APK, pull-to-refresh once — the server was also nudged so a background delta sync should rewrite local categories.

Built from 78fb1df (+ local taxonomy-resync changes not yet committed).
