Release v1.2.0 - new backup screen and improvements

What's new

• Config backup on first launch — optional welcome step that snapshots your existing Espanso setup. The config and match folders are renamed to config_backup and match_backup, then copied back as working folders, so nested files and extra YAML stay intact
• Safer match editing — recursive match files, _manifest.yml package metadata, espanso path config for a custom config dir, and YAML keys like imports preserved on save
• Snippets polish — newest snippets first, word-boundary hint for bare-word triggers, and dashboard paths wrap inside the card

Builds are unsigned — Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper will warn on first launch.
