v3.4.4
Saved edits and manual purges now dispatch WP Engine page-cache clearing before Cloudflare when the installed WP Engine transport is available.
- Targets the current site's hostname and affected paths, including old URLs and query variants.
- Waits at least five seconds and until the next eligible cron pass before dispatching Cloudflare. WP Engine's asynchronous transport reports dispatch, not completed propagation.
- Retries reported WP Engine failures before sending Cloudflare, prevents recursive network purges, and repeats the origin stage for newer edits.
- Manual purges on WP Engine now report pending while Cloudflare waits. Other hosts retain their existing behavior.
- Does not flush object cache or separate WP Engine network/CDN cache products.
Validation: PHP lint and all 68 local regression checks passed, covering non-WP-Engine behavior, purge ordering, failures, retries, concurrent edits, and multisite scope. WP Engine requests were simulated in tests; no production purge was executed for verification.
Install the attached ZIP or update through the plugin's GitHub updater. Back up the installed plugin first; network activation affects all sites using that installation.
